Today's card was created for my good friend Freda's birthday. She's a great friend, an awesome workout partner, and an all around beautiful lady! She absolutely loves Harley Quinn and I wanted to create a card with that same feel. So, I started by stamping the Stampotique Moth Fab girl onto some Copic-friendly cardstock. I colored her to look like Harley and then fussy cut her out. Using my Windows program on my computer I created the sentiment and printed it out onto some plain white cardstock. I then distressed the background panel using distress inks in squeezed lemonade, broken china, worn lipstick, and black soot and some fun stencils from TCW and Tim Holtz to create a nice grungy look. I popped my stamped image up off of the card using some 3M foam tape and added some shimmer to her using my Sakura Gelly Roll clear glitter pen. I mounted the entire panel to some Stampin' UP black cardstock and mounted that directly to my white card base. Thank you for visiting my blog today. I know Freda will love her card!
