Hello-Guest designer at Poppy Stamps

I was invited by my lovely friend Lisa Elton to be a guest designer for Poppy Stamps. We were tasked to create a fun monochromatic project using Poppy Stamps products. I started by layering some baby blue cardstock that I die cut using the Poppy Stamp Diamond Oval Pinpoint Background cover plate onto my white card base. I then cut frame using the Grand Gothic Window die out of white cardstock and adhered that down to my base. To create my scene, I die cut the Nordic Petalpoint Bird, the Nordic Sweeping Branch, and the Daisy Trio using white cardstock, and colored them in varying shades of blue using my Copic markers. I created a scene using these elements and adhered them to my card using both liquid glue and foam squares. I die cut the Hello Moonlight Script sentiment out of white cardstock, colored the base layer with my Copic markers to match the rest of the elements, and layered the white sentiment on top. I finished this adorable project off with some clear rhinestone gems from Recollections. I appreciate you stopping by my blog today. I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm beyond happy to have you joining us at Poppystamps, Celeste! You've created a wonderful setting for that pretty little bird to perch in. I like your layers and the dies you chose for this sweet scene. I also like that we were both on the same page with our cards! Same elements and colors. I couldn't believe my eyes when you sent me your card in that email! Thanks again for being my guest for this month's challenge!
