Oh My Whiskers-Coffee And Cards With Celeste And Deb

Deb and I decided to use this adorable image as our card inspiration this month. I had recently picked up the Paper Smooches Cat Dog Card die set on a crafty stash sale on Facebook and just had to use it for our inspiration this month. I created the cat using various colors of cardstock from my stash and the Paper Smooches die set. Using some terra cotta cardstock and Altenew's Angled Mosiac 3D embossing folder, I created a fun background for my cat. The sentiment was stamped using Versafine onyx black ink and Honey Bee Stamps Purrrfect Sentiments. I fussy cut the sentiment and mounted it above the die cut cat image using thin foam tape, then the entire panel was mounted onto my white A2 card base usign more foam tape.

Happy Birthday From The Whole Herd-Sending Smiles 4 Kids

 This month at Send A Smile 4 Kids anything goes! I am always in need of birthday cards, so that's what I decided to create. I started by stamping the background farm scene from Unity Stamp Company's Time To Shine onto my white card panel. I then inked the grass using a light green ink and then filled in with some dotted detail using a stamp from a Bo Bunny Mixed Media stamp. I then stenciled the sky using MFT's mini cloud edges stencil. I stamped the girl from MFT's Green Pastures and the critters from MFT's The Whole Herd stamp sets, colored them with my Copic markers, and fussy cut them out. I popped the images up on the scene using thin foam tape and added a few white gel pen details. The sentiment was from the MFT Whole Herd stamp set. Such an adorable little scene!
