Thanks So Much

 

Today's card was created for the latest Inspired By card challenge. I have been making a ton of fall-themed cards lately hoping to inspire Mother Nature to finally bring Autumn to the Midwest! LOL. Anyway, I created my card by layering some kraft cardstock onto my white A2 card base. I then die cut white scalloped borders using an EK Success punch. I layered some burlap looking patterned paper from Honey Bee Stamps Fresh Brewed 6x6 paper pack onto some early espresso cardstock. I stamped the sentiment onto a smaller strip of kraft cardstock using Pawsome Stamps Sending Hugs stamp set. I adhered it toward to the bottom of my focal panel and added white gel pen faux stitching around the sentiment and along the sides. I stamped, colored, and fussy cut the acorn and heart from Paper Smooches Nutty For You stamp set and adhered them to the upper part of the focal panel using thin foam tape. I adhered some pretty mocha-colored sequins from the Pawsome Stamps Box Of Chocolates sequin mix. Thank you for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Today's second card was created for the CAS Christmas card challenge.  I started with some early espresso cardstock by Stampin' UP and layered on some white cardstock that I embossed using a The Paper Studio snowflake embossing folder.  I layered up some patterned papers from the Carta Bella Warm & Cozy 6x6 patterned paper pack onto some more early espresso cardstock. I created the focal scene by die cutting the deer using Impression Obsession dies and some more early espresso cardstock and layered them using a snowdrift die from Paper Smooches and some patterned paper from the same paper pack. The sentiment die was created using some more early espresso cardstock using some holiday Impression Obsession dies. Love how peaceful and elegant this turned out. Hugs-Warm Fall Wishes

 
Today's card was created for the latest Just Us Girls card challenge. I created my base layer for my card using some kraft cardstock and a beautiful embossing folder from Lifestyle Crafts. I layered on some pretty fall patterned papers from the Echo Park Coffee 12x12 patterned paper pack on top. I finished the card off by stamping, coloring, and fussy cutting the mug from Unity Stamp Company's Warm Fall Hugs stamp set. I just love how quick and easy this card was to create! Grateful-Coffee And Cards With Celeste And Deb

 

Since we are teetering on the precipice of Autumn, Debra and I decided to use this gorgeous mood board as our inspiration. I won't lie, it's still pretty warm here in Southeast Missouri, so this mood board is more wishful thinking on my part. LOL. All of my stamped elements are from Hero Arts Grateful Pumpkin stamp and die bundle. I colored all of my images to match the color inspiration on the mood board, die cut the images, and arranged them into some light kraft cardstock that I mounted onto my white A2 card base. Some were popped up with Stampin' UP foam dimensionals and some were glued directly to the card base. The sentiment was stamped from the same stamp set using Versamark clear ink and Ranger white detail embossing powder. I finished this card off with some black gloss gems from Trinity Stamps.

Witch Way Is The Candy-Send A Smile 4 Kids

 

This month at Send A Smile 4 Kids we are celebrating Halloween! I created this card by stamping the adorable witch and other elements from MFT's Witch Way to the Candy stamp set onto white alcohol marker-friendly paper and colored the images. I die cut them using the coordinating dies. Using some black cardstock and Spellbinders Haunted House die set I die cut some bats for my scene. I layered some patterned paper from American Crafts Haunted 6x6 paper pad onto a black 4.25" by 8.5" piece of black cardstock followed by a 4" by 5.25" white base and adhered that directly to my card base. Using Spellbinders Deckled Rectangles dies I die cut my focal base and created the sky background using MFT's mini cloud edges stencil and Tim Holtz lost shadow ink. I backed that focal panel with some black cardstock and mounted it at an angle on the card. I adhered the characters using foam tape and liquid glue to create my scene. I stamped the sentiment from the same MFT stamp set and used a die punch to cut that out. I backed it with some orange cardstock, added a few white gel pen details and some fun black and orange sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. Thank you for visiting my blog today!
