This month at Send A Smile 4 Kids we are celebrating all things summer. Nothing says summer more than a big, bright sun, right? I started by layering some bright red cardstock onto the card base. Then the patterned paper base and the fishtail banner where all created using patterned papers from Simple Stories 6x8 Sunkissed paper pad. I stamped the sentiment from Paper Smooches Slang Gang stamp set using Versafine onyx black ink. I then die cut the sun using a stitched circle die and a pinking edged circle die and layered them together. I drew a smile on the sun using a black marker and added the sunglasses Paper Smooches Incognito stamp and die set. I finished off this adorable card by adding star dust Stickles to the frames of the glasses, white gel pen detail, and some black sparkling gems scattered around the sentiment and the card. Hi Celeste! This may be your best card evah! Love that you used Paper Smooches items. I sure miss Kim and her designs, don't you? And, as always, your hand-drawn embellishments are always the best. THE BEST!
